In this event, Coen van Gulijk was invited as special guest to talk about risk management, and digitalization of safety management with BowTie. with a special focus on linking engineering systems with human tasks. He addressed the basic framework for the BowTie for operational safety management, and explained two published methods for utilizing digital information to populate the BowTie with operational data and discuss the introduction of AI-functionality into data processes and in what way that complicates safety management.
