AI Projects

Our primary goal is to facilitate the adoption of AI among organizations. Through our consortium, we empower businesses to enhance their competitiveness across business processes, production, products, and services by harnessing artificial intelligence. This empowers companies to explore and effectively utilize AI.

We achieve this by offering complimentary technical expertise, methodologies, and tools that effectively address the challenges and objectives an organization aims to attain. By precisely defining the challenges within the customer's use case, we orchestrate the convergence of technology providers, academia, research, and pertinent domain expertise to assist the customer in crafting a "proof of value" or a "minimal viable product."

If you can articulate your use case to us, you're already on the right path to implement AI in your organization.

Use case identification

Research indicates that pinpointing use cases stands as a significant hurdle for organizations embarking on their artificial intelligence journey. To address this, we have devised a methodology tailored to aid organizations in identifying diverse use cases. These use cases not only steer the organization towards their overarching long-term goals but also align with their specific target audience.

Through the meticulous identification of the target audience and a clear understanding of the experiences we intend to enhance or challenge to solve, we can effectively align our resources, foster internal cohesion, and optimize the value we deliver to the target group.

Ai Industry Sandbox

Our sandbox for testing artificial intelligence (AI) is a controlled environment where developers can experiment with AI algorithms, models, and technologies. It allows them to manipulate and analyze data, and refine and improve AI systems without impacting real-world applications. The sandbox provides a safe space for testing, debugging, and iterating on AI solutions, ensuring their functionality and performance before deploying them into the real world. It helps accelerate the development and deployment of AI, ensuring its reliability and effectiveness.

Ai Inspire / Ai learn

Seeing various use cases within Artificial Intelligence (AI) is often crucial to identifying potential growth areas within one's own organization. In these hybrid gatherings, we explore how AI enables business model innovation and the development of new products, services, or streamlined operations. This includes insights from startups, governmental bodies, municipalities, and the private sector. We'll engage with multiple companies that have embarked on their AI journey and examine the issues they've addressed and solutions they've developed by leveraging their own and others' data.

Seminars

We host workshop sessions for organizations with more than 15 participants. During these sessions, we help them develop a deeper understanding of how to harness the power of artificial intelligence with use of external recourcses. The program is customized in partnership with the organization's leadership, with the goal of boosting the company's expertise. Our role is to support businesses in improving their capabilities by effectively using artificial intelligence to enhance efficiency and create value. This involves integrating pertinent technological and domain knowledge and pinpointing and outlining precise use cases.

What do we do
and how we do it

WHY?

  • There will be heavy competition for AI expertise in the near future in, and across, all industries.

  • Norway has a wide selection of experts and global leaders in different industries (and industry clusters), but future positions depend on the ability to adapt and incorporate AI expertise and handle change in operations, products and business models.

  • Industry specific challenges, problem solving, insight and data is the currency within AI development and adoption. This «raw material» gives us position to attract talent and create future solutions.

Projects, methods and business model.

The center can help solve complex projects in commercial and sharing scenarios. We have a methodology for assessing the usefulness of AI in startup ideas or digitization projects for existing SMEs and large businesses. They offer resources such as data scientists, external experts, and a combination of a project's existing resources, engineers, and students/researchers.
