PHD candidates met the industry

The Norwegian Cognitive Center had the pleasure of hosting a meeting between PhD candidates from Arqus partner Universities - among these UIB where the candidates listen to the different industries’ needs of competence within the field of AI, and give both students and companies the occasion of networking. The goal of the event was to provide insight into industry needs and industrial research projects, creating the grounds for a career on the western coast.  

This was a unique way of getting into dialogue and attracting new candidates for collaboration projects, or for career opportunities, meeting some of the brightest young researchers within AI in Bergen and its partner Universities in Europe. The participant’s feedback was very good and we will also do this again next year.
